Who answers you
I am a qualified architectural assistant. That is where I saw from the inside what tenders, take-offs, site minutes and chasing represent in a practice's week. This work is billed, and billed dearly: they are architect hours spent producing documents. It is why I know what I am talking about when I walk into a practice, a firm or an accountancy office.
I have also been an independent market gardener since 2020, on a Vaud holding farmed organically since 1965. I grow, deliver and invoice there, and I face the same disruptions as any small Swiss business.
And I build: back-end, integrations, autonomous systems, on-chain security. Self-taught, in production, with real users — myself included.
These three positions are not a marketing angle, they are a working method. I test on my own crops before proposing anything to a client. What does not survive a harvest week does not leave here.
E*NKI — the execution engine
E*NKI is the agent system I built and use to carry out mandates. It prepares, it executes within a defined perimeter, it logs everything.
It is not your point of contact and it is not a product I am selling you. It is a tool under mandate, and I answer for it. An agent doesn't sign a deliverable: I do.

Written scope
What the agent may do is written down before we start. Anything outside it triggers escalation to a human.

Approval of major changes
Structural changes go through explicit human approval. Minor corrections are logged and reported.

Full traceability
A timestamped log, failures included, available to you at any time for the duration of the mandate.

No conflict of interest
I resell no licences, take no vendor commission, and place no financial products. My income comes from the service only.
What I don't do
- Automate a job cut and present it as an efficiency gain.
- Ship a system I can't explain to the person who has to use it.
- Have an agent write a message that pretends to come from a human.
- Move personal data outside the agreed perimeter, whatever the technical reason.
