Data protection
This document sets out what this site collects, why, and what you can require. It applies the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

What the site collects
The site is static and uses no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers and no embedded social networks. The only data collected is what you voluntarily enter in the contact form.
Form data
Name, company, email address, optional phone number, questionnaire answers and the content of your message. Sole purpose: to get back to you and prepare the call. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
Retention
Twelve months where nothing follows, then deletion. Under a mandate, the statutory Swiss retention period for business records applies.
Disclosure to third parties
No sale, no transfer for advertising purposes. Any technical providers used for form delivery or hosting act as processors and are listed on request.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability. A request sent to helveticvault@gmail.com receives a reply within thirty days. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
Data processed under a mandate
This is covered by a separate processing agreement setting out scope, hosting location, retention periods and security measures in writing. Such data is never used to train models.
