You know nothing about AI, and that's fine.

We don't start with technology. We start with the list of things eating your Sunday evening.

Craftspeople · sole traders · local shops · farms

What you get

  • A map of your repetitive tasks, costed in hours per month
  • One process automated end to end (the most profitable one, not the flashiest)
  • A one-page guide in plain language, no jargon
  • A stop button: you shut everything down yourself, in one action

Concrete examples

  • Orders arriving by email, WhatsApp and phone → one consolidated list every morning
  • Delivery notes and invoices generated and sent automatically
  • Overdue payment reminders drafted, never sent without your approval
  • Hours and deliveries tracked, ready for your accountant at month end
Frequently asked

What people ask me before signing.

Will I lose control of my business?

No. The agent is not allowed to decide anything. It prepares, it executes what you authorised, and it stops the moment it steps outside the boundary. Passwords and access stay with you.

Will this replace my staff?

That's not what I sell. I automate data entry, follow-ups, formatting — the tasks nobody wants. Skilled labour remains the bottleneck, and it will stay that way.

I know nothing about computers.

That's the normal starting point for most of my clients. You have nothing to learn: you receive the result by email or inside the tool you already use. Everything technical stays on my side.

What will this actually cost me?

The assessment is free. After that, a project is a fixed price announced upfront, not a meter running. If I misjudge the effort, that's my problem, not your invoice.

Our method

Real log extract

The prepared / observed / verified grid is our internal standard. It separates what the system intended to do, what it did, and what a human checked. That is what makes an automation defensible.

This is the only thing I sell: you see what the agent proposed, what it actually did, and who signed off on it.

The assessment is free and commits you to nothing.

Forty-five minutes, a written map of what can be automated in your business, and a number. What you do with it is up to you.
