Your processes run while you work, without breaking what already works.
You already have tools and habits. The point isn't to replace them, it's to slot automation between the existing tools without interrupting the business.
What you get
- Automation of 2 to 4 business processes (quotes, invoicing, reminders, bookings, first-line support)
- Integration with your current tools rather than replacement
- Records register and FADP / GDPR compliance documentation
- Monthly prepared / observed / verified dashboard
Concrete examples
- Bookings and automatic reminders, cancellations handled
- Quotes generated from a form, followed up on day 7 and day 21
- First-line replies drafted by the agent, sent by your team
- Payment reconciliation and overdue chasing
- Tenders, quantity take-offs and site minutes: extraction, formatting, follow-up
What people ask me before signing.
What about my client data?
Processing compliant with the revised Swiss FADP and the GDPR. Hosting in Switzerland or the EU depending on your requirement, data minimisation, a signed processing agreement, and a records register handed over. Sensitive data does not leave the agreed perimeter.
Will this interrupt my business?
Rollout runs alongside your current process: for two to four weeks the old and the new run in parallel and the results are compared. We only switch over when the numbers agree.
Am I becoming dependent on you?
The code, the configuration and the documentation belong to you and are handed over. No proprietary formats, no captive licences. You can take the work in-house or hand it to someone else at any point.
What if the agent gets it wrong in front of a client?
Nothing client-facing goes out without approval, unless you explicitly decide otherwise after an observation period. By default, the agent drafts and a human sends.
Real log extract
The prepared / observed / verified grid is our internal standard. It separates what the system intended to do, what it did, and what a human checked. That is what makes an automation defensible.
Four pathways. One of them is yours.
The assessment is free and commits you to nothing.
Forty-five minutes, a written map of what can be automated in your business, and a number. What you do with it is up to you.
